What areas do you serve?
ABC Rentals serves the greater Twin Cities' metro area and surrounding communities. We are primarily focused on the East Metro area. Contact us to confirm your location.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance, especially for large events. We always say, the earlier the better as we can't guarantee we will have items in stock during our busy seasons.
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services. Fees vary based on distance and event scope.
Can I see the rental items before I confirm my booking?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our showroom to view and select the rental items. We can also provide photos and descriptions via email for those who cannot visit in person.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a small administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the items rented.
Do you provide assistance with event planning?
Yes, we offer basic consultation on layout and equipment usage and partner with professional planners for comprehensive services.
